Bossy Scribes — Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, restocks), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Custom or personalized items may require additional time. Estimated production windows will be clearly noted on each product page. Please reach out to us before placing a bulk order for shipping details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Delivery estimates:

Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Domestic Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping: Normally will take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing, but we are currently only shipping within the United States.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you have not received tracking within 5 business days after ordering, contact us at hello@bossyscribes.com with your order number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
Bossy Scribes is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Shipping Delays
Bossy Scribes is not responsible for delays caused by:

Global or regional disruptions in shipping
We will always assist in tracking delayed packages, but we cannot control carrier timelines.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Bossy Scribes is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and we will work with you on a replacement or claim.
Lost packages (not marked delivered) will be investigated with the carrier. This process may take up to 10–14 business days.
International Orders
International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Bossy Scribes is not responsible for delays or holds at customs.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or around the date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items may ship together when the pre-order is ready unless you choose separate shipping at checkout.
Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If a package is returned to us due to:

Delivery refusal
…the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds will exclude original shipping fees.
