At Bossy Scribes, we want you to love what you ordered. If your item isn’t exactly right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition for a refund or exchange.
• Personalized, custom, or digital products are non-refundable.
How to Return

Email hello@bossyscribes.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Ship items back within 7 days of authorization.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• Prefer a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange qualifying items (subject to stock availability).
• If an exchange item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
